We believe that all candidates should be supported until they have successfully passed their examinations and final certification. To this end, we offer our First-Time Pass Guarantee, which promises that we will provide re-training, at no cost, and that we will pay for any re-takes of an exam, as long as the candidate fulfills the training requirements.

We believe that it is critically important that hands-on training be a first priority. To this end, our Center is open 6 days a week, to provide our candidates the maximum opportunity for practice. Also, every candidate in every class will have a computer available for their individual use.

We believe that candidates should practice on first-class equipment to minimize delays and downtime. To this end, our classes are equipped with Pentium IV computers with 512 Megs of RAM, and LCD Monitors

We believe that real-world experience must be emphasized in the classroom. To this end, all of our instructors teach part-time, and work full-time in the IT field.

We believe that job placement assistance is an important part of a candidate's training. To this end, we offer videotaped interviewing practice, resume preparation and assistance, and assistance in job-hunting.
